I went for my first appointment today with the midwives in Durango, CO. Everything checked out fine at today's visit but because of all my preterm labor with Dylan they are wanting to take a few extra precautions so we will have our first ultrasound at our next visit on Feb. 10th. As of right now I am not dilated and my cervix seems to be long like it should be. During next month's ultrasound they will be able to confirm that my cervix is long and that there are no other signs of preterm labor. I feel relieved that they want to take extra precautions because we will be leaving for California Feb. 12th and I would hate to have something happen while we are away.
I will try to blog after each of my visits with the midwives to keep you all updated! =)
