Although Dylan's birthday is April 23rd we celebrated this last Sunday with all of our family. Everyone seemed to have a great time, especially Dylan. I think he secretly enjoyed all of the attention. On his actual birthday I will make him a special dinner and a give him an extra special treat.
I can't believe Dylan is already two...it feels like I gave birth to him just yesterday. He is growing into a wonderful little boy. He loves dogs plus any other animal, balls, cars, shoes, dirt, food, and wearing moms headbands. His vocabulary has really expanded over the last couple months. He will spend hours practicing phrases then proudly repeat the phrase to us! He is into everything....climbing on counter tops, tables, chairs, or anything near him to reach higher levels. He is our cuddler, always wanting to hug and kiss on everyone. But watch out because if you make him mad he will pull your hair or pinch you. We love him so very much! I look forward to watching him grow over the years into a young man (or as Ryan says "when he is a daddy"). Happy Birthday Dylan!!
